This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.

Beyond scheduling meetings and travel, coordinating meeting logistics, and preparing or proofreading presentations and correspondence, this team plays an important role in supporting the business. From helping with town halls and team events to learning Aon’s brand guidelines and corporate policies, colleagues in this role have opportunities to build skills, contribute ideas, and improve day-to-day processes. A few highlights:

Because the work supports a global audience, the team values clear verbal and written communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Successful team members are dependable, curious, and comfortable asking questions, following up, and helping keep tasks on track.
