What you'll be doing

What you'll be doing
- Leading and supervising shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Providing training and coaching to team members.
- Role modelling outstanding guest service.
- Supporting sales growth through exceptional service and suggestive selling.
- Executing the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience.
- Encouraging a culture of inclusiveness, trust, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or hospitality.
- Experience or ability to train, coach, and mentor crew members.
- Passionate about providing a great customer experience.
