Be part of the Food, Beverage & Specialties division where you will perform the following tasks:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Finland.
Look for new opportunities and areas of growth on our strategic Food product categories
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Product Marketing and Operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
A proven experience in sales management, preferably in the rigid packaging industry.
Good knowledge of the Food market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Advanced level of English.
Knowledge of additional EU languages other than English.
Prior experience working in the Finnish manufacturing industry or familiarity with the local Finnish market dynamics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong presentation skills and experience in preparing and delivering sales reports to senior management.
