Role Overview: Power Up Your Potential
Join Amcor as an Maintenance Technician and support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing all facilities and manufacturing equipment including but not limited to: construction, painting, plumbing, welding, heating/cooling, automation and fire protection systems in a safe and orderly fashion as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
Schedule
Shift: NIGHTS Monday – Thursday, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized
Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on electrical and control systems
Install, modify, and maintain motors, drives, PLCs, and related equipment
Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and operational standards
Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Document work performed and maintain accurate records
Proactively identify improvement opportunities for equipment reliability and efficiency
What We Want From You: Lead the Pack
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical/electronics preferred
3+ years of experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Ability to work safely with high-voltage systems and equipment
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
