· Support installation, startup, commissioning, and deployment of new and rebuilt automated equipment.
· Perform equipment testing and validation prior to production startup and customer acceptance.
· Provide on-site support for equipment installation, service, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operator training.
· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation-related issues.
· Support PLCs, HMIs, robotic systems, motion control systems, VFDs, and related automation hardware.
· Partner with engineering, project management, manufacturing, maintenance, and plant operations teams.
· Follow and promote safe work practices throughout all job functions
· Share responsibility for rotating after-hours field service coverage.
· Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
· 3-5+ years experience in field service, automation, manufacturing, controls, or equipment commissioning.
· Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and automation systems.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
· Ability to travel up to 75%.
· Experience with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, motion control systems, and VFDs.
· AutoCAD or similar design software experience.
· Machine vision or industrial programming experience.
