Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential
Assist press, converting, and extrusion operators with setup, adjustment, operation, cleaning, and loading/unloading of equipment. Support production of quality printed film, polyethylene film, and finished bags to meet customer packaging requirements. Duties may include working with multiple operators and sharing responsibilities as needed.
· 1st shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm
· 2nd shift: Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm
· 3rd shift: Sun-Thurs 11:00pm-7:00am
· Pay: $21.11/hr
-$1.25 nightshift incentive for 2nd & 3rd shift

What we want from you: Lead the Pack
Basic computer skills
Ability to work with and interact effectively and professionally with coworkers in a team environment
Basic math skills
Must be able to identify the source of problems on complex machinery, and, if noted, take the appropriate corrective action
Must be able to read, understand and stay current with all department work instructions and procedures
Good organizational skills
Physical Requirements

Occasional below waste level work
Occasional climbing and balancing, pushing/pulling
Occasionally lifts up to 40 lbs.
Frequent reaching above shoulder, reaching over 15” away from body
Must have good vision and hearing and use of both hands
Must be able to communicate with coworkers and Crew Leaders
Must pass company administered color vision test
