ACCIONA is part of CoastalTraX, delivering the greenfield works for Stage 1 of The Wave: 19 kilometres of dual-track passenger rail between Beerwah and Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. Backed by $5.5 billion in joint government funding, the project is part of Queensland's infrastructure pipeline ahead of Brisbane 2032 and is now in design and preconstruction.
You will report to the Lead Document Controller and own daily control of drawings, specifications and project records. Help build the document control system, from register structure and procedures to software set up and starter packs for subcontractors and consultants. Train project users, audit records and work with the Quality Engineer, design teams and subcontractors so crews build from current information. You will start in the Fortitude Valley office and move to the Sunshine Coast project office when the team mobilises in February 2027.
