o The key modules, features and functions of the PLM COTS software and how they interact
o How the Product is architected and how it can be deployed and configured in a variety of different client infrastructures
o How the Product can be extended and tailored to meet different configuration and customisation needs
o Strong analytical skills and a solution oriented and systematic way of working
o The ability to synthesize complex requirements against the PLM Product and translate into an articulate and pragmatic solution.
